About the role

What you’ll do

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategy
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Provide expert advice on headcount, performance, and talent management
  • Drive HR projects for Tech Hub, Global, and EM regions
  • Facilitate annual salary reviews, promotions, and adjustments
  • Coach senior leaders on organization effectiveness and engagement
  • Manage performance processes including low performance and discipline
  • Use people insights and analytics to recommend data-driven solutions

What you’ll bring

  • MBA or Masters in HR
  • Minimum 12 years progressive HR experience
  • Minimum 7 years as HR Business Partner
  • Experience in multinational organizations preferred
