About the role

SYSTRA – Project Management Consultancy for the Mumbai‑Ahmedabad High Speed Rail signals and telecom systems. The Section Engineer assists the Chief Expert in IDS design review, installation, integration, testing and commissioning, and interfaces with other systems. Works on‑site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, on‑site model with statutory approval coordination and contractor payment support.

What you’ll do

• Assist in design review of IDS
• Support installation, integration, testing and commissioning of IDS
• Coordinate IDS interfacing with other systems and approve interface documents
• Verify completed work and prepare contractor payment requests
• Obtain statutory approvals and liaise with agencies such as ISA and CMRS

What you’ll bring

• Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
• 7 years experience (B.E) or 10 years (Diploma) in optical fiber systems
