About the role
Senior Executive responsible for overseeing material receipt, storage, inventory, issuance, and dispatch within the warehouse. Manages ERP processes, ensures compliance with SOPs, and coordinates with departments to maintain accurate stock records and smooth operations.
What you’ll do
- Oversee material receipt, verification, labeling, and GRN preparation in ERP.
- Manage storage, inventory updates, and scheduled physical verification.
- Handle material issuance and dispensing per BMR/BPR, maintaining accurate stock records.
- Coordinate dispatch of finished goods with departments.
- Maintain warehouse records, review QMS documents, ensure SOP adherence.
- Monitor ERP functions and coordinate with departments.
What you’ll bring
- M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.A, or M.Com degree
- 4-6 years experience
