About the role

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) practice at RSM delivers innovative Microsoft business application solutions for global clients. The Associate Director leads multiple concurrent CE engagements, shaping solutions, overseeing delivery quality, and mentoring a team of consultants. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with flexibility in schedule and relocation support available.

What you’ll do

• Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Translate business problems into functional specifications and architecture designs
• Own delivery across discovery, design, build, test, deployment, and post‑go‑live phases
• Manage project risk, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate design reviews, demos, and solution walkthroughs
• Quality‑assure work products and oversee data migration and integrations
• Develop ALM strategies and manage environments
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior team members

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years hands‑on Dynamics 365 CE implementation
• Proven leadership of multiple concurrent consulting projects
• Deep expertise in Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Project Operations, and Power Platform
• Strong solution design and architecture across CE and Microsoft cloud
• Experience with ALM, environment management, and integrations
• Mentoring and developing junior consultants
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Global delivery experience with onshore/offshore collaboration
