About the role

AI/ML Quality Engineering team at Quantiphi builds robust testing frameworks for intelligent applications. The Senior Test Engineer designs and maintains UI and API automation suites, validates AI/ML model outputs, and integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines while mentoring junior engineers. Hybrid role based in Mumbai and Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop UI automation using Playwright
• Create API automation suites with REST Assured or Python Requests
• Validate AI/ML model outputs, prompts, and RAG pipelines
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product owners on AI quality strategies
• Mentor junior engineers and promote automation‑first practices

What you’ll bring

• 3-6 years of software testing experience
• Proficiency with Playwright for UI automation
• API automation using REST Assured (Java) or Python Requests
• SQL and database testing skills
• Experience testing AI/ML or Generative AI applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Version control using Git
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
