About the role

Business Process Automation Team at Iris Software builds end‑to‑end workflow solutions for enterprise clients. The Senior Engineer designs, develops, and maintains BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN workflows using Camunda, integrates them with microservices and external APIs, and writes unit and integration tests. Noida, India, on‑site, full‑time role focusing on high‑performance process automation.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop BPMN, DMN, and CMMN workflows
• Implement business processes using Camunda Engine and REST APIs
• Integrate Camunda with microservices and third‑party APIs
• Develop Java services, delegates, listeners, and connectors
• Optimize process performance and error handling
• Write unit and integration tests for process logic

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years IT experience
• 3+ years Camunda BPM
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar databases
