Packaged SaaS Application Engineer

About the role

Accenture's Platform Engineering team configures and supports packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring feature alignment, release stability, and performance. The role designs application flows, data models, security groups, and integrates with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST, JMS, and MQ while leveraging Pega frameworks and Python for automation. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule as needed, with client interaction and team leadership responsibilities.

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery of releases and manage team reporting
• Design application process flows, SLA, and skill-based routing
• Define class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting
• Design security with access groups, roles, and privileges
• Integrate with databases and external systems via APIs
• Ensure code quality through reviews and compliance
• Develop Python scripts and prompt engineering for automation
• Communicate with clients and handle project pressure
