About the role

Data and Analytics team at Infosys Ltd. administers and optimizes the Power BI service across the enterprise, ensuring secure, high‑performance analytics. The role configures workspaces, manages gateways, implements RBAC and RLS, and builds CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and PowerShell. Bangalore, India, on-site, full-time.

What you’ll do

• Administer tenant‑level Power BI configuration and manage workspaces, datasets, and dashboards
• Monitor system health, usage metrics, and capacity performance
• Implement security controls including RBAC, RLS, and data policies
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployments
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot data refresh and performance issues
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enforce BI governance standards
• Mentor junior admins and conduct training sessions for end users

What you’ll bring

• 8-13 years Power BI administration experience
• Proficiency with Power Platform and Power BI service
• Experience with Azure services (Synapse, Data Factory)
• Strong knowledge of data governance, RBAC, and RLS
• Ability to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and REST APIs
• Experience managing Power BI gateways and capacity
