About the role
Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for designing, operating, and scaling hybrid cloud environments using Azure and SCVMM/Hyper‑V. Drives reliability, scalability, and performance improvements across public and private cloud infrastructure. Leads incident response, root cause analysis, and automation of manual processes. Collaborates with development and operations teams to define SLIs/SLOs and improve system reliability. Requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, SCVMM/Hyper‑V, Windows and Linux administration, containerization, Kubernetes, monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, SolarWinds), CI/CD (GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy), and networking/security fundamentals.
