The Senior HR Operations Specialist role supports the organization's mission to safeguard life, property, and the environment through assurance and risk management. Day-to-day work centers on end-to-end HR operations, managing the employee life cycle and employee data management. The position is based in Pune, India, and is a full-time role.

• Use Oracle HCM for HR processes
• Use Oracle on premise solution for HR processes
• Use Service Management Tool for HR processes
• Use Basware invoicing for HR processes
• Use Microsoft Suite for HR processes

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end HR Operations
• Experience managing Employee life Cycle
• Experience managing Employee Data management
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM
• Proficiency with Oracle on premise solution
• Proficiency with Service Management Tool
• Proficiency with Basware invoicing
