About the role

Installation Team at KONE India builds and delivers elevator and escalator installation projects to ensure safe, reliable people flow in modern buildings. The Junior Engineer oversees site supervision, safety, environmental management, budgeting, and coordinates with customers and subcontractors to meet project milestones. Bengaluru, on-site work model, hybrid schedule with occasional site visits.

• Accountable for delivery of installation projects
• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance
• Prepare installation program and resource planning
• Manage material delivery, storage and subcontractor orders
• Oversee budget, cost control and financial results
• Report project progress and maintain documentation
• Coordinate customer and subcontractor relationships
• Lead site operatives development and performance
