About the role

The Senior Branch Sales Officer leads business development, cultivates referral partners, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while delivering doorstep service. Based in Thanjavur, on‑site role with occasional travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Deliver customer acquisition through business development
- Identify and empanel referral partners for micro‑LAP and gold‑backed loans
- Generate leads and conduct daily sales calls in assigned area
- Manage customer journey across sales, process, and product phases
- Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
- Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
- Retain existing loan customers and ensure soft bucket collections
What you’ll bring
- 1-5 years sales experience
- Proven business development track record
- Experience with micro‑market and referral partner acquisition
- Cold calling and lead generation skills
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management
- Fluent in local language and English
