About the role

What you’ll do
- Drive pre‑production and production planning and delivery execution
- Lead process improvement, vendor development, and initiative implementation
- Solve moderately complex production problems and develop creative solutions
- Review and analyze production reports with vendors
- Communicate issues to relevant departments
- Maintain internal systems and related LOs/HO
- Ensure factory corrective action plans are established and followed up
- Visit factories to review production status and resolve issues
