About the role

Smiths Detection seeks a Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead in Bengaluru to drive global Order-to-Cash and Trade Compliance processes. The role acts as a strategic partner for SAP S/4HANA transformation, optimizing business workflows and governing solution architecture. This full-time position requires extensive SAP SD/GTS expertise to lead cross-functional initiatives.

What you’ll do

Own global business processes for OTC, Trade Compliance, and Logistics
Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and fit-to-standard workshops
Design future-state business process models and functional specifications
Govern AMS providers and implementation partners
Establish governance frameworks and steering committees
Manage vendor relationships and performance assessments
Support User Acceptance Testing and deployment planning
Drive process standardization and KPI improvement

What you’ll bring

12-15 years SAP experience as Business Analyst
8+ years SAP SD/GTS consulting experience
Expertise in Order-to-Cash and Global Trade processes
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and governance skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP CS and Field Service Management
Familiarity with RISE with SAP programs
Understanding of EDI, APIs, and middleware technologies
