Senior Manager - International Payroll

About the role

Rubrik seeks a Senior Manager to lead international payroll operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance with global labor laws and tax regulations. The role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing the end-to-end payroll cycle for thousands of employees, and driving process improvements within the finance team. This position is based in Bangalore, India.

What you’ll do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycle for EMEA and APAC regions
• Manage relationships with Global Managed Service Providers
• Partner with IT for seamless data flow between Workday and vendors
• Ensure accurate withholding and reporting for social security and income tax
• Lead internal and external audits to maintain audit-ready records
• Coordinate with Finance for international bank funding and currency conversions
• Drive change management and adoption of payroll system improvements
• Provide mentorship and guidance to payroll team members

What you’ll bring

• 12–15+ years in payroll experience
• At least 5 years in a multinational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or HR
• Workday HCM knowledge required
• Experience with Payroll, Time and Attendance, and HRIS systems

Nice to have

CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus
