About the role

Managed Services team at Roboyo AI delivers high‑quality automation solutions for enterprise clients, turning AI experiments into production‑grade systems. The Senior Automation UiPath Engineer designs, develops, and optimizes complex UiPath bots, monitors performance, resolves L2 tickets, and leads root‑cause analysis for production incidents. Works on‑site in Hyderabad, collaborating with L1 support, development, and client stakeholders to ensure scalable, reusable automations.

What you’ll do

• Ensure prompt L2 ticket follow‑up and resolution within SLAs
• Perform root‑cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures
• Monitor bot performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Handle change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes for automations
• Collaborate with L1 support and development teams on complex challenges
• Coordinate operations and maintenance for large client accounts
• Test and optimise automation solutions for performance and scalability
• Provide clear communication to end‑users and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years hands‑on Intelligent Automation engineering
• Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing and Document Understanding
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and JSON
• Ability to work shifts aligned to Australia or UK business hours
• Experience with RPA and OCR/IDP technologies
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Nice to have

• Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification
• Microsoft PL‑500 or PL‑900 certification
