SAP BTP LLM Developer - Manager

About the role

EY's Global Delivery Services seeks a Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). The role involves defining AI strategy, architecting scalable LLM and Generative AI solutions, and mentoring development teams across multiple Indian locations. This is an On-site position based in cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune.

What you’ll do

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on SAP BTP
• Define and govern enterprise AI solution architectures using SAP AI services
• Design LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to AI/ML engineers
• Establish best practices for AI development, governance, security, scalability, and performance
• Drive stakeholder discussions, architecture reviews, and client presentations
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

What you’ll bring

• 8–12+ years overall technology experience
• 4–6 years in AI/ML and Generative AI solution delivery
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Joule, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architectures, Knowledge Graphs
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI
• SAP BTP, Cloud, AI/ML, or Enterprise Architecture certifications
