Senior Project Engineer, Offshore

About the role

Project Engineering Team at Eram Talent oversees offshore project execution for topsides and jacket structures. The Senior Project Engineer supports the Project Manager by coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and HSE standards. Based in Hazira, India with on-site work at multiple locations, hybrid travel to yards and offshore sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Support overall project coordination and execution of offshore facilities
• Act as focal point between engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams
• Monitor engineering deliverables for compliance and timelines
• Coordinate technical matters with contractors and vendors
• Manage interfaces between onshore yard, installation, and fabrication packages
• Expedite procurement of critical equipment and materials
• Oversee yard fabrication activities ensuring design and quality alignment
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and mitigate risks

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 20 years of Oil & Gas project experience
• Proven PMC experience on offshore projects
• Strong background with jackets and topsides
• Experience in fabrication yards and offshore installation
• Knowledge of FEED, EPC, Commissioning phases
• Planning, scheduling, and project controls expertise
• Previous work on Aramco projects
