What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end data engineering solutions
- Develop and maintain ETL processes and data models
- Ensure data quality, performance, and security
- Collaborate with internal clients to translate business needs
- Guide and train junior data engineers
- Define data engineering standards across teams
- Conduct regression testing and release new software
- Participate in special projects as assigned
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years software development and architecture
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science/IT
- Expertise in data engineering and scalable pipelines
- Hands‑on experience with AWS Glue, S3 and cloud‑native architectures
- Proficient in Python and PySpark for data processing
- Design and optimization of data pipelines for reliability
- Technical ownership and solution design
- Mentoring junior engineers
