Business Analyst, IT EA Procurement

About the role

IT Procurement team at Micron Technology designs and implements SAP and AI-driven solutions to streamline procurement processes. The Business Analyst partners with business and technical leaders to analyze SAP MM‑IM, Ariba and GenAI issues, develop functional specs, configure systems, and drive adoption of AI capabilities. Hyderabad, India, on-site role focusing on end‑to‑end SAP implementations and AI use case enablement.

What you’ll do

• Analyze SAP MM‑IM, Ariba and AI issues and propose solutions
• Evaluate new technologies and create adoption proposals
• Document business requirements, process flows, functional specs
• Configure SAP modules and conduct unit/performance testing
• Lead workshops and blueprint/design sessions
• Maintain relationships with business and technical leaders
• Identify and implement AI/GenAI use cases in procurement
• Support and lead project tasks and workstreams

What you’ll bring

• 4 years business analysis experience
• SAP MM/Ariba/S4HANA implementation experience
• Strong SAP MM‑IM and Ariba functional knowledge
• Experience with SAP integration to non‑SAP systems
• Formal SAP certification (preferred)
• Experience with change and release management processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
