What you’ll do
- Lead in‑house infotainment software development team
- Oversee full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with hardware, UI/UX, and product teams to define objectives
- Drive best practices in design, testing, and maintenance
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet milestones
- Mentor team members and foster professional growth
- Interface with suppliers and partners for alignment and certification
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years infotainment and Android software development
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- Leadership experience managing software teams
- Expertise in Android OS, AGL, GENIVI, ISO 26262
- Proficiency with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with CAN stacks, OTA, hypervisor
- Knowledge of ASPICE and CMMI certifications
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
