About the role

Data Science team at Dentsu builds advanced measurement and marketing science models, including MMM, incrementality and forecasting. The Senior Manager leads development of Bayesian marketing mix models, designs studies, and partners with AI Agents to deploy scalable client‑facing solutions. Works cross‑functionally with engineering and media strategy, mentors junior scientists, and delivers client‑ready insights. Chennai, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead development of marketing mix models using Bayesian methods
• Design and execute incrementality studies and forecasting models
• Set up data infrastructure for AI agentic analytics pilots
• Partner with AI Agents team to make models cost‑efficient and scalable
• Validate and improve deployed AI tools and MMM workflows
• Train media effectiveness teams on analytics setup and interpretation
• Create client‑ready deliverables and strategic recommendations
• Mentor junior data scientists on statistical rigor

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years data science experience in marketing measurement or econometrics
• Deep expertise in Bayesian modeling (PyMC, Meridian)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for production code
• Experience building and deploying MMM or incrementality solutions
• Strong client‑facing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
