Associate Manager Indirect Category Management

About the role

Global Procurement team at Regeneron drives strategic sourcing and supplier management for indirect categories. The Associate Manager supports category strategy development, spend analysis, and sourcing activities across IT, professional services, HR, and travel, collaborating with data analytics and supplier partners. Hyderabad, hybrid work model (Hybrid), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement indirect category strategies for IT, professional services, HR, and travel
• Conduct market and spend analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Maintain standardized category management templates and documentation
• Partner with data and analytics teams to extract insights from internal and external data
• Support RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including response collection and analysis
• Summarize supplier evaluations and pricing outcomes
• Ensure compliance with audit requests and procurement process enhancements
• Collaborate with category teams to drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Progressive procurement experience, preferably Pharma/BioPharma
• Knowledge of category management, sourcing, and supplier negotiations
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
• Familiarity with S2P platforms (e.g., Zycus, Ariba)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with spend analytics tools
• Strong verbal and written English communication
