About the role

CLM Operations Executive on Paytm’s Campaign Lifecycle Management team, driving end‑to‑end execution of off‑deck and on‑deck campaigns across Push, Email, SMS, Chat, and WhatsApp using CleverTap. Works closely with Category, Growth, and Traffic teams to set up, validate, and monitor campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, event triggers, and performance metrics. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the role is on‑site with a focus on meticulous SOP adherence and data quality.

What you’ll do

• Create, configure, and publish campaigns on CleverTap across multiple channels
• Set up and manage CleverTap Journeys with event‑based triggers and audience segmentation
• Validate campaign base sizes, banner IDs, deeplinks, and image specs
• Monitor delivery metrics and flag anomalies
• Pull and verify data from Campaign Tracker, Traffic Approval Sheet, and Allocation Team Sheet
• Ensure valid Label IDs and correct CategoryId/CategoryName mapping
• Perform QC checks per SOP and banner guidelines
• Test campaigns during designated hours

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing or campaign operations
• Proficiency with CleverTap (campaign creation, journeys, event triggers)
• Strong data validation and spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Experience with multi‑channel push, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and chat campaigns
• Knowledge of webhook configuration and DND settings
• Attention to detail and SOP compliance
• Jira or similar ticketing system usage
• Time‑management for approval deadlines
