Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

Lakshya Digital Game Art Studio creates art for top game titles worldwide. The Project Coordinator plans and manages project sub‑components, assists with schedules, budgets, asset access and team communication, and backs up the Project Manager as needed. Based in Gurugram with hybrid presence across Pune and Bengaluru, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Assist in capturing client requirements and creating effort estimates
• Set up project repositories and ensure asset accessibility
• Contribute to schedules, communication and quality plans
• Track task progress and provide regular updates to PM
• Organize team meetings and circulate feedback
• Maintain project documentation and archive files
• Support team management and performance recognition
• Serve as backup for Project Manager when absent

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years experience as Project Coordinator for US or Japan clients
• Knowledge of project planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of risk planning
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams
