About the role

Fluke AI/ML Engineering team builds end‑to‑end machine learning and AI agent solutions on an AWS analytics platform. The Senior AI/ML Engineer architects, trains, optimizes models, designs AI agents with Amazon Quick, creates serverless data pipelines, and leads MLOps practices while mentoring junior engineers. Karnataka, India, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Architect end‑to‑end ML systems and model lifecycle
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows
• Develop serverless data pipelines using Glue, Step Functions, Lambda
• Establish MLOps standards, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure
• Create REST APIs and model‑serving infrastructure
• Integrate external systems such as SAP and Salesforce
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years ML engineering experience
• Proven AI agent development
• Deep expertise in Python
• Hands‑on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn
• Extensive AWS services experience
• MLOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation
