Senior Coordinator, Bids & Proposals

About the role

WSP ME team is expanding its energy practice and seeks a Senior Coordinator for Bids & Proposals. The role drives end‑to‑end bid processes for large utility and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance, technical excellence, and compelling proposals. Works closely with internal stakeholders and client procurement teams from RFP receipt through submission and handover, based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage bids and proposals from RFP receipt to submission
• Ensure compliance with WSP governance and RFP requirements
• Coordinate high‑quality responses to tender documents
• Develop winning strategies and compelling customer‑focused proposals
• Track bid outcomes and conduct post‑bid reviews
• Support prospect‑to‑project handover with project leaders
• Build relationships with client procurement departments
• Facilitate business unit data collection and reporting

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering
• Familiarity with Mechanical Engineering projects
• Lead role on large capital projects globally
• Experience in Power, Water or Renewable sectors
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated and eager learner
