About the role
Saviynt seeks an Associate Principal Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced identity and access management solutions. The role involves collaborating across teams to architect secure, cloud-native microservices, develop and test enterprise-grade applications, and maintain existing services. The engineer will drive technical excellence, produce comprehensive documentation, and support production environments while adhering to agile practices. Candidates will bring deep expertise in Java, Spring, REST, cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines, and will contribute to the company’s mission of securing digital transformations for global enterprises.
What you’ll do
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate on software design and architecture
- Develop enterprise identity cloud solutions
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
- Start programs from scratch and maintain services
- Develop documentation throughout SDLC
- Serve as application expert and provide technical support
- Follow true agile principles
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years in Privileged Access Management or Identity Management
Nice to have
- Expert in Java, Spring Framework, REST, and Microservices
- Proficient with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with SQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, CI/CD, and Groovy on Grails
