UI React Senior Engineer

Iris Software is hiring a UI React - Senior Engineer in Gurugram to design and develop scalable React enterprise applications. The role involves defining API contracts, reusable component architecture, and Redux state management while owning end-to-end delivery, code reviews, and performance optimization. The position requires 6-8 years of experience and focuses on complex, mission-critical frontend systems within an award-winning IT services culture.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies.
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
