About the role
As a Security Architect at Accenture in Kolkata, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture to meet business requirements and performance goals. Day-to-day work includes designing and documenting cloud security controls, managing Active Directory and Azure AD environments, handling PKI certificate lifecycles, and supporting 24/7 operations. The role requires continuous collaboration with stakeholders, leading security strategy implementation, and mentoring junior team members.
What you’ll do
- Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals
- Document the implementation of cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations
- Manage AD environment as a domain admin including DFSR, Group Policy, Kerberos, logons, and account lockout
- Manage AD Connect server and Azure AD environment (MFA, SSO, PIM, Identity protection, SSPR)
- Troubleshoot issues related to ADFS, new RPT, certificates, and proxy servers
- Manage PKI certificate lifecycle management, root and sub CA, CRL servers, and troubleshoot complex issues
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM)
- 15 years of full-time education
- Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft ADFS and proxy servers, including creation of RPTs
- Working knowledge of Azure AD Connect and Azure AD
- Deep knowledge of MS PKI (CRL, OCSP)
- Hands-on experience with Core AD technologies (Group Policy, Kerberos, DFSR)
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
- Experience in designing and implementing security architectures for cloud environments
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud services
