About the role

Muthoot FinCorp's lending division drives secured and unsecured loan growth across India. The State Business Manager leads sales strategy, builds regional sales structures, and partners with branches to expand product portfolios while ensuring collection targets and audit compliance. Based in Zirakpur, on-site role with responsibility for a multi-state team and cross‑sell initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Achieve budgeted sales volumes and cross‑sell targets
• Build and manage state/region sales structures and teams
• Collaborate with branches on product distribution and portfolio growth
• Oversee soft bucket collections and maintain delinquency levels
• Coordinate with Credit & Risk on product roll‑outs and audit compliance

What you’ll bring

• 7-13 years experience in secured/unsecured lending
• Proven sales and distribution background
• Experience managing BTL initiatives and channel teams
• Strong soft collections expertise in unsecured loans
• Excellent communication in English
