About the role

Enterprise Application Services team at Infosys delivers end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions. The consultant guides clients through problem definition, effort estimation, solution design and deployment for IBM Sterling OMS, building POCs and functional designs. Works on‑site in Bangalore, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to configure solutions and resolve issues.

What you’ll do

Assist consulting team across project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design
Create requirement specifications, define to‑be processes and detailed functional designs
Configure solution requirements on IBM Sterling OMS, troubleshoot issues and evaluate alternatives
Develop proofs of concept based on research and vendor evaluations
Contribute to unit‑level initiatives to deliver high‑quality value‑adding solutions

What you’ll bring

2-5 years experience in supply chain management solutions
Hands‑on experience with IBM Sterling OMS or similar order management systems
Proficiency in requirement gathering, functional design and process mapping
Ability to conduct literature surveys, vendor evaluations and build POCs
