About the role
EY Consulting Risk Management team helps clients identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise, technology, and financial services risks. The Consultant provides technical and business expertise on governance services and contract management solutions, facilitates client workshops, produces documentation, and trains new clients on SaaS CLM platforms. Hyderabad office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Understand Governance Services & Contract Management capabilities
- Provide technical and business consulting to customers
- Facilitate technical discussions and white‑boarding sessions
- Determine implementation scope and resource requirements
- Produce client‑facing documentation and technical proposals
- Conduct implementation pilots and train new clients
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Develop IP and new methodologies for governance services
What you’ll bring
- Master of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce
- 3+ years experience with CLM products (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft, GEP/Conga)
- Strong background in software development and SaaS systems
- Knowledge of contracts, outsourcing, and financial performance data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
