About the role

- Support audit readiness and documentation compliance
- Develop user guidance and training materials
- Track documentation KPIs
- Partner with analytics for content usability
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience
- Master's degree with 3+ years experience
Nice to have
- Experience with PLM, SharePoint, eQMS, ERP
- Strong technical writing and editing skills
- Ability to structure complex technical content
