Lead system‑level integration and architecture for HMI screens
Review complex projects and ensure safety, quality, and risk mitigation
Develop and teach system‑level training and mentor technical architects
Establish controls standards roadmap and lead Kaizen events
Share best practices across value streams

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher
15+ years HMI/User Interface Screens development
6+ years technical review experience
Experience with physics‑based simulation platforms for software validation
System‑level knowledge and risk mitigation
Global collaboration across cultures
