About the role

PhonePe’s Trader channel team builds high‑velocity financial content for active investors in futures and options. The role decodes market psychology, uses AI‑driven data to spot trading catalysts, and crafts rapid‑response videos that keep viewers engaged. Based in Bangalore, the position is on‑site with a focus on real‑time channel management and content strategy.

What you’ll do

• Identify market catalysts and translate them into video concepts within minutes
• Coordinate rapid‑response production and publishing
• Guide editing for pacing and visual clarity
• Analyze real‑time engagement metrics and pivot content backlog
• Collaborate with Creative Project Manager on content strategy

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years scaling hyper‑engaged YouTube channels in finance
• Deep derivative literacy (F&O mechanics, option Greeks)
• Data and analytics fluency (charts, spreadsheets)
• AI tool proficiency for scraping and content generation
• Strong understanding of trading psychology and audience retention
