Senior Project Manager, Salesforce

About the role
Senior Project Manager at Komodo Health leads cross‑functional teams to deliver Salesforce and custom software implementations for life sciences clients. Drives project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Works with Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Business Analyst, and global teams. Requires 5+ years PM experience, life sciences background, Waterfall/SCRUM, PMP/SCRUM certs, Salesforce CRM knowledge. Hybrid model across India, US hubs.
What you’ll do
- Build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders
- Own project management, define requirements, design solutions
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, enforce methodology, deliverables
- Track timelines, budget, scope, report status
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalations
- Create and revise project work plans
- Determine staffing needs, assign responsibilities
- Drive change order process, estimate deliverables
- Participate in customer training and implementation initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years PM experience
- Life Sciences/Pharma industry background
- Software/custom dev implementation PM, consulting
- Waterfall and/or SCRUM methodology expertise
- PMP/SCRUM certification preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience, admin/platform builder certs
