About the role

Sales and Distribution team at Jio Platforms drives retail growth and customer experience across stores. The Assistant Manager ensures delightful in‑store experiences, acquires new customers, and meets acquisition and revenue targets while overseeing store operations, inventory, and cash handling. Based in Ghorabandha, on‑site role with standard store hours.

What you’ll do

• Ensure delightful customer experience at store
• Acquire new customers and achieve acquisition & revenue targets
• Provide post‑sales service to walk‑in customers
• Manage store systems, operations, and utility payments
• Maintain stock availability and merchandising visibility
• Ensure supply chain stability and inventory management
• Handle daily cash deposits

What you’ll bring

• 1-2 years sales experience
• 10+2 or graduation degree
