Oracle ERP Senior Technical Lead

The Senior Technical Lead creates detailed solution designs, oversees construction, configuration, testing, and provides Level 3 support while coordinating with internal and external technical service providers. What you’ll do

• Create and manage technical specifications and solution designs
• Coordinate construction, installation, configuration, and testing of ERP systems
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot critical issues
• Lead technical analysis of solutions and evaluate COTS vs custom builds
• Promote reusability of components to reduce costs
• Drive automation in build and deployment processes
• Assist in test strategy and execution of master test plan
• Coach less experienced team members

What you’ll bring

• 12-16 years relevant experience
• Significant experience in Oracle EBS SCM and Planning
• Experience with Oracle Cloud
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, OAF, MSCA
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, JFrog)
• Expertise in integration architecture
• Ability to lead technical teams and support multiple ERP instances
• Strong communication with senior leaders
