About the role

Digital Technology team at Collins Aerospace drives enterprise finance transformation with SAP S/4HANA. The Senior Lead Business Integration Analyst partners with global finance stakeholders to design, configure, and support SAP FI/CO solutions, lead month‑end closing and cutover activities, and deliver project governance dashboards. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – hybrid schedule with regular onsite and remote work, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Gather and analyze business requirements for finance initiatives
Translate requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA designs
Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules and resolve issues
Lead financial month‑end closing and maintain Closing Cockpit
Participate in implementation and conversion projects, including cutover planning
Collaborate with ABAP developers and interface teams for integrated solutions
Develop and maintain project dashboards and status reports
Drive continuous process improvements using SAP best practices

What you’ll bring

7+ years SAP FI/CO experience
SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion
Strong knowledge of financial closing processes and SAP Financial Closing Cockpit
Hands‑on SAP FI/CO cutover planning and execution
Project management methodology experience
Ability to work in cross‑functional global teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
