About the role

Projects Management team at Hill International focuses on delivering cost-effective construction solutions. The Senior Quantity Surveyor conducts quantity take‑offs for civil, structural and architectural works, prepares BOQs, supports cost estimation, manages interim payments and change control, and contributes to cash‑flow forecasting and final accounts. Mumbai, India, on-site office setting.

What you’ll do

• Undertake quantity take‑offs for civil, structural and architectural works using IS 1200, POMI or similar standards
• Use Cost X and AutoCAD for quantity take‑off and summarize quantities into BOQs
• Draft and validate Bills of Quantities and perform bulk checks
• Prepare interim payment recommendations and maintain cost control documentation
• Manage change control processes and contribute to cost reporting and cash‑flow forecasting
• Assess cost implications of materials, labour and construction methods

What you’ll bring

• B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 8-10 years experience in post contracts work
