Operation Executive, Fresh 3P, Team Leader Operations

About the role

Amazon Worldwide Operations team drives end‑to‑end fulfillment and customer experience across India. As an Operation Executive, you monitor multiple 3P stores, analyze data to identify trends, and implement process improvements while training staff and conducting site audits. Hyderabad, TS, IND, on-site with travel to stores, 5‑day work week, shift‑based days off vary.

What you’ll do

• Monitor operations of assigned 3P stores and deploy improvements
• Analyze data from multiple sources to forecast implications
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Train and direct associates on operational norms and practices
• Visit stores for compliance checks and conduct site audits

What you’ll bring

• 1+ years customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
