What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, including engineers and analysts.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM systems, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Ensure that security tools are properly configured, integrated, and operating effectively.
- Manage the threat detection and response processes, including monitoring security alerts, analyzing incidents, and coordinating response activities.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of security processes, tools, and incident responses.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH preferred.
- 7-10 years of cybersecurity or IT ops experience, 3-5 years in management.
