Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) team at Teach For All advances global impact measurement by building strong MERL systems for network partners. The Director leads consulting and capacity‑building initiatives, designing tools, data systems, and learning routines to help partners measure student, fellow, and alumni outcomes, and supports on‑site visits up to 30% of the time. This fully remote role serves partners worldwide, offering flexible work arrangements and travel to international sites as needed.
