Field Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

Mondelēz International seeks a Field Demand & Supply Planner to lead the future of snacking by developing rolling 3-month forecasts for 150+ SKUs. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and supply teams to optimize inventory and ensure product availability across Indian warehouses. This is a full-time remote position based in India.

What you’ll do

• Develop rolling 3-month forecasts using statistical models and FAP inputs
• Review disaggregated short-term demand plans including SKU/location mix
• Liaise with commercial and operational teams to improve communication
• Own supply and deployment planning for child warehouses
• Interact with modeling teams to generate statistical forecasts
• Perform root-cause analysis for forecast error and bias
• Anchor Make-to-order processes for select customers
• Run S&OE processes at the market level with stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Experience in demand and supply planning within FMCG/CPG companies
• High-level SAP competence
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Power BI and other data analytical tools
• Ability to work effectively with multiple functions and stakeholders
• Experience using statistical models for forecasting
• Knowledge of integrated business planning (IBP) processes
