About the role

Motivated Workday Senior Developer role at Aristocrat. Lead high-intensity workshops, design and implement integration solutions for Workday products, including Studio, RaaS, EIB, XSLT, XPath. Provide subject matter expertise, configure technical integrations, ensure US Benefits State Reporting, build design specs, conduct unit/system tests, deploy integrations, supervise interfaces, mentor HR/Payroll design, solve complex integration issues.

What you’ll do

• Lead high-intensity workshops for problem definition, process modeling, opportunity analysis
• Provide subject matter expertise for integration components, system interfaces, data migration
• Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, EIB, XSLT, XPath
• Ensure successful implementation of US Benefits State Reporting
• Build technical design specs, conduct unit/system integration tests, assist deployment
• Supervise and maintain interfaces between Workday and vendors
• Collaborate with partners to assess requirements, review designs, define specs
• Mentor HR/Payroll design, complete docs, solve integration issues

What you’ll bring

• Proven Workday experience 4+ years
• Bachelor’s in IT or related field, or equivalent
• HCM/Payroll/Financials deployments with Workday
• Strong IT design principles knowledge
• Familiar with data conversion concepts, iLoads
• Complex integrations between HR, Payroll, Benefits
• Middleware knowledge (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) preferred

Nice to have

• Advanced Workday Studio and PECI expertise
• Cross-system project experience, resolving functional/architectural/technical issues
