About the role
Zensar is transforming contact center operations into a unified Renuity Sales Command Center through a multi-phase initiative spanning process homogenization, AI/automation deployment, telephony modernization, and scaling of a Command Center Lite pilot. The Technical Architect serves as the end-to-end technology owner, guiding architecture, integration strategy, system interoperability, and technical rollout across all phases. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, this full-time offshore role requires availability up until 10:30 pm IST and involves rare travel to pilot and other contact center locations.
What you’ll do
- Serve as end-to-end technology owner for the transformation
- Guide architecture and integration strategy across all phases
- Define system interoperability requirements
- Lead technical rollout for the unified Command Center
- Deliver BRD and future-state technical blueprint
- Complete quick-wins integration roadmap
- Execute box-testing of high-value workflows
- Ensure scalable architecture deployed across multiple centers
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience (8–12+ years in architecture or solution design)
- Expertise in Five9/WFA, CRM, and LP systems
- Experience with data pipelines and cloud integrations
- Knowledge of Verint WFM and Five9 Work Flow Automation
- Ability to deliver BRD and future-state technical blueprints
- Capability to complete quick-wins integration roadmaps
- Experience with box-testing of high-value workflows
- Availability for offshore schedule up until 10:30 pm IST
