Capital Markets Operations Analyst

About the role

Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM) at Accenture delivers multi-client processing services for capital markets. The analyst ensures lease compliance, manages critical dates, tracks rent payments, performs property accounting and valuation analysis, and produces financial reports. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with rotational shifts as needed.

What you’ll do

• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and manage lease documentation
• Track critical dates such as rent reviews, renewals, and terminations
• Verify rent payments and calculate escalations
• Perform month-end close procedures and financial statement analysis
• Conduct CRE underwriting and property valuation using Argus
• Update tenant and sales information in valuation models
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and audit reports
• Collaborate with operations, asset management, and third‑party managers
