About the role

IT Infrastructure Services team at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES focuses on delivering Oracle Fusion solutions for enterprise supply chain. The role implements and configures Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and Cost Management modules, collaborates with business leaders to gather requirements, and leads functional design workshops. Based in Bengaluru with on-site work at client locations, the position offers exposure to end‑to‑end cloud implementations and integration design.

What you’ll do

• Configure Oracle Fusion Inventory and Cost Management modules
• Lead functional design and solution workshops with business stakeholders
• Document business processes and translate them into technical specifications
• Coordinate integration and conversion design activities
• Facilitate conference room pilots and user testing cycles
• Provide best practice guidance throughout implementation

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation
• At least 1 end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
• Experience with material flow, receiving, warehousing, inventory transactions
• Hands‑on configuration of Oracle Inventory Cloud and Cost Management
• Ability to elicit and translate business requirements into technical specs
• Conduct functional architecture, design, and solution workshops
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
