The Senior Software Development Engineer leads full‑stack development, designs robust architectures, mentors junior engineers, and drives agile best practices across projects. Remote work from India, with flexible hybrid options as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software systems
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical specs
• Drive adoption of code reviews, CI, and automated testing
• Perform systems analysis and propose innovative improvements
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives

What you’ll bring

• 5–8 years software development with C# and .NET
• Full‑stack development experience, backend focus
• Expertise in Python or another major language
• Extensive Agile methodology experience
• Strong software architecture and design skills
• Advanced debugging and performance optimization
• Experience with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
